SPECIFICATIONS OF THE DUPLEX PRIVATE HOME:
XENOVALLEY MODEL TOWN (PVT) LTD will construct the DUPLEX
PRIVATE HOME in the PINK CITY according to the following
specifications:

STRUCTURAL
& GENERAL ENGINEERING
-
Reinforced
Cement Concrete (R.C.C) work in the foundation and
superstructure.
-
The
foundation and superstructure design, development and
supervision by a team of reputed and professional structural
Engineers and Architects.
-
Structural
design parameters will be based on American Concrete
Institute (ACI) and American Standards of Testings Materials
(ASTM) Codes and considering Earth Quake parameters.

Reinforced
Cement Concrete/Pre-Cast or pre-stressed floor slabs.
-
All
structural materials including steel, cement, brick, sylhet
sand and other aggregates etc, of highest standard and
screened for quality including laboratory testing from BUET.

Direct
supervision at every stage of construction by a team of
experienced and qualified civil engineers to ensure highest
quality workmanship.

Modern
construction equipments deployed including crane, rod
bending equipment, welding equipment, concrete mixtures,
conctete vibrators, water pumps, material handing equipment,
leveling instruments, theodolite etc as peer requirement.

Tile (CBC/RAK/FIWANG or equivalent) in all floors, (except
S.bed & toilet)

correct uniform floor sloped towards the water outlets.

WARRANTY
CLAUSE:
XENOVALLEY MODEL TOWN (PVT) LTD will warrant the performance
of the installed system (electrical, plumbing sanitary
components etc) against any defect at least for one year from
the date of handing over without any cost to the owners/buyers
which will be applicable only in case of fair wear and tear.
